Alas, Tefal is no longer what it used to be. There is Tefal cookware that is over 10 years old and everything is fine with it. And recently I bought a new frying pan in a red store and after a month and a half I found a chipped coating on the surface. There are no scratches or mechanical damage around, you can see it in the photo. If you rub it with your finger, it continues to peel off further. I took it under warranty, they examined it for almost 3 months, they issued a conclusion about improper operation. Left a review on the site, it was not published. Here is Tefal now and such a service.
