Good. Here's what happened. Ordered a starter for my S10V8. Installed the starter. Has worked for a good month. I took the truck to my mechanic, we checked all the connections. A new battery, cable and tip were installed when the engine was installed. My mechanic determined that the problem in the Bendix was with the starter motor. I called a rare electrician and explained my problem. I was given an RA number and told to return the item so they could repair or replace it. Now look at it. They said they checked it and found nothing wrong with it. tell me what would you do My mechanic, who I've been using for years, says the bendix doesn't turn the starter well. I've now been told they will either fix it or replace it. Now they tell me they don't have a repair shop to replace the bendix and since they can't find anything wrong with it they won't replace it. Now comes the good part. You can only send it back or refund my money. You will receive a 20 percent restocking fee. Now I don't have return shipping which costs $16 and some change. They return my money minus a 20 percent restocking fee. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM RAREELECTRIC AGAIN.
