I tested many working products right from the start. I would turn it on, hook it up to a recorder, turn on the red light, come back and find the item went offline for no apparent reason. Everything I thought I was writing wasn't there. Make sure you don't use this for important purposes. I lost a priceless sound that will never be again. Sometimes the light was on but when I came to listen to the recording there was nothing. I have two cheaper mics (should have been an upgrade haha) that I've never had a problem with. It was a nightmare. For a long time I thought I was doing something wrong, but my IT team tested it after it crashed during a conference call and they confirmed that the device sucks. I contacted Movo hoping to get my money back. They told me it had already passed the 30 day revain window. I know it. I just thought the device would work for more than 30 days. I'm disappointed in myself for buying from an unknown company I've never heard of, big mistake and very poor customer service to boot. Depressing. If anyone else is having problems, I recommend contacting Revain directly.
