Our family can communicate with friends via conference calls (Zoom, FaceTime) and is clearly audible from anywhere in the living room at normal conversation volume; We put the microphone on the coffee table. I tested many working products right from the start. I would turn it on, hook it up to a recorder, turn on the red light, come back and find the item went offline for no apparent reason.
