Review on EnviroCare Replacement Bissell Uprights Filters Vacuums & Floor Care and Vacuum Parts & Accessories by Beth Watson

Based on my observations, these filters did not fit well AND did a terrible job of capturing dust and debris .The only positive was that they were easy to install. However the negative outweighs that as they were not effective at all. I expected better quality from a Home and Kitchen product..
