They arrived undamaged and just what I expected. I read the reviews and they don't look cheap or smell like sleeves - I was so sure this would be an issue that I sniffed it first. lol Anyway the bottles look wavy but I like it and they feel strong. I've hand washed them in Dawn bleach/water (like I do with all the new dishes I buy) and had no problems in my large cast iron/porcelain sink. And now they are air drying. They came with an extra lid - liked it; I read this in another review but wasn't expecting it. The color of the case is exactly as shown in the picture. The straps hold up and are strong too. My Breville juicer also arrived today - looking forward to using it to store excess juice from juicing.
