I like that it has helped me see my pipeline, what prospects have been contacted by other reps etc., but sometimes you get information overload when there might be some things they don't want to share yet or maybe just not enough info for your needs at this point of contact (i think). It can also take an hour before all data loads into account which i find frustrating as well!
