I like that it has helped me see my pipeline, what prospects have been contacted by other reps etc., but sometimes you get information overload when there might be some things they don't want to share yet or maybe just not enough info for your needs at this point of contact (i think). It can also take an hour before all data loads into account which i find frustrating as well! You should try out their demo if possible so u know how much more work will come from using them vs another tool/service provider!! They do provide several packages depending upon amount needed plus free trial period too make sure everything works best fo ryou..we use Turbo reports primarily because we need specific details about our customers' companies including names & title levels within those organizations along wth email addresses>.
