Great service - provides alot in terms reporting

I like that it has helped me see my pipeline, what prospects have been contacted by other reps etc., but sometimes you get information overload when there might be some things they don't want to share yet or maybe just not enough info for your needs at this point of contact (i think). It can also take an hour before all data loads into account which i find frustrating as well! You should try out their demo if possible so u know how much more work will come from using them vs another…

Great product and great customer service

I like that it has an easy to use interface, so you can easily navigate through each report for your specific requirements without having any technical knowledge of how databases work or SQL queries etcetera. It also allows me as someone who does not have much experience working within this area to be able understand what all options there were available when looking at my data set/reports (if needed). Sometimes reports may take some getting used too but once they do its fairly straight forward

All-in-One CRM Solution with a TURBO twist!

TURBO Reports provides a clear, easy to navigate report view. I find it is most helpful because I can quickly scan through multiple reports to identify any patterns or trends that may be useful. I also like how easily I can update my own customized results. This product is very flexible! I have yet to use all of its features but so far it has been very helpful for generating insights that would not otherwise be available. It could take some getting used and understanding what each section does.
