Works well but has some limitations

This vacuum cleaner has good and bad points and some things that just let me down. "Half-hearted" things include: It alerts your phone if it freezes (well, if you're not home when it's working, there's not much you can do about it, so getting notifications is a bit annoying) ; and it talks to you like it's stuck and you "unclip" it and get it moving again. I mean, okay, it's nice that he's talking to you about his status, but I really don't need to hear him lament. BENEFITS * Easily set up a schedule from the mobile app. The app installed quickly and easily, and after a few false starts balancing our Wi-Fi network with our vacuum connection, the app worked fine. Scheduling is very flexible, because you can not only set the time of the vacuum cleaner, but also choose the days. We run it every day, but it's nice to be able to run it every other day, which is the app's default setting.* It picks up dirt and pet hair (and even human hair) pretty well. The dust bin is full every time it works and the floor is cleaner than ever, as are some rugs, which is great. CONS * It has a small handle on top that sticks out about 1/2 inch. or something (maybe a little less). The handle prevents it from getting under most of our furniture. Our previous vacuum robot didn't have such a handle and got under almost every piece of furniture we have. We have a ranch style house, so it's long and one story, and we have an Irobot that starts in our bedroom at one end of the house. The first two days he worked he stayed in the bedroom. He just couldn't find his way out the door. I ended up taking it and putting it in the kitchen. After that, he seemed to be able to find his way out of the bedroom about a day later to vacuum the rest of the house. However, it kept getting stuck under my sewing table - this happens every day - so I have to lock it. Problem Areas” and no longer got stuck annoying noise every day.* The trash can is shockingly small. It's about half the size of the trash can in our previous robot vacuum. It's pretty easy to clean - it just has a little "door" that I open and dump the dirt in a plastic bag. But the basket is very small. That's why we start eating it every day, because when we get the dirt " "Let's accumulate" he won't be able to finish a room until the bin is full because of the dog hair from our two dogs. * She rarely finds her way back. to your home base. I often see him walking away in the middle of a room (usually at the other end of the house from where his home base is). It's not that big of a deal because I just pick it up and put it on the base, but the robot doesn't seem that "smart" enough to learn the floor plan of the house. He still has trouble getting out of our bedroom, so many days this is the only room he cleans. In general, I like the vacuum cleaner, despite all the disadvantages - the disadvantages are more annoying than the actual problems. I like the app and the flexibility in planning the vacuum cleaner. I just wish the bin was a little bigger and could be pulled out of our bedroom better.
