I like that they offer support via forums, video tutorials which are helpful in learning how things work quickly without having much of an understanding what is happening under my site's hoods (which i have never used before).

And also their pricing structures really do seem fair enough compared with others who charge more per month! If you're looking at building websites or using your website as storage space then it could be useful but if not make sure there would definitely other options out there cheaper than this one - especially ones designed around hosting services/websites rather than just being another place where people can store data from different devices etc.
