This bag is PERFECT for school or kindergarten lunches. The dimensions in the description are accurate (9.75" x 7" x 3.25"). It fits in either a bentgo baby box or a split ziplock container (both sold separately). I can fit 2 small narrow ones Bags with ice packs like Cool Coolers Thin ice packs but they fit just right. I usually put one on the bottom and one on top of my lunch box so this lunch pack was NOT big enough to fit a water bottle in. I can use any Honest Kids Juice Packet or a 6.75 fl oz Organic Valley milk carton inside it next to the top ice pack, but again it fits snugly and closes easily and nicely.The outside of the lunch bag has a small zippered area to put cutlery in. I only pack foods that can be eaten with my hands ready to eat Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
