Update 8/14/22: After the seller tried their best to get me to delete my bad and honest review. They finally refunded my $49.95 money for downloading the program for my Ford car, which got me nothing more than the free version even though the device showed all the features. They don't like negative reviews. ==== Original review I was initially happy when I received it. I plugged in the USB cable to turn it on, set it up, connect it to my home wifi and install any updates. I took it to my car which is a Ford Escape. I hooked it up to my car and it started recognizing it. I went through some settings and looked at my vehicle information and then it told me I had to pay $49.95 for a full future diagnosis. I was stupid enough to pay the price and ended up not getting all the futures I was told I would get after paying. The bottom line is that your vehicle type will be scanned and we will then ask you to pay $49.95 to unlock all full futures for your vehicle. You were warned, don't be stupid like me.
