I installed a monitor in my 2016 Nissan Frontier that was upgraded from a 4.3.7 inch monitor while it was parked. I hooked it up to the same harness as the 4.3. I had to order a DC pigtail that connects to the rear camera power cable. Power comes from the reversing light for the camera and monitor. I had an issue with the lack of video on V2 until I connected the shutter release cable. Video was displayed for a long time when reverse gear was selected. I emailed Huinetul and received a reply the same day (the email address is in the instructions). They told me to try it, which I did. Mail I checked all my connections and found a bad disconnect plug, used a very small wire nut to fix the problem. The monitor now turns on when it should. No trigger cable needed when Huinetul was connected to a backup light with only one camera, Huinetul responded to all 3 emails I sent them in a day or less. I'm not asking for better support, they have been very helpful.
