Haven't decided yet if this quality is expected

Smart Q arrived quickly and safely. After connecting it to my desktop computer, I connected my Fitbit 3 charger to the Smart Q, which appeared to be running at around 50%, whereupon my watch reported that it wasn't transferring enough power to continue charging. If it's the standard I'll be disappointed as it's one of the main things I wanted it for. To be honest I will try again when the time comes and hope for the best. Vera L
