Taking Halloween and Christmas decorations a step further, we use multiple remote systems to manage everything. We found this set to work the best. We've had others that plug directly into an outlet and the bulkiness prevented anything else from being plugged in. OR. Since you're dealing with ambient lighting, other styles don't literally fit in the outlet box if you have a sealed outlet.
