I like how it can be used by multiple users, so we all have access at once when needed without having many different accounts open or needing any special training for each person using this software system! It's been very helpful in streamlining our maintenance process as well; keeping track of parts/equipment usage has made life easier than ever before (and saved us money). So far there hasn't really anything specific about which version would benefit my business best compared with its older versions? And while they do offer upgrades every year - those are usually more expensive options versus purchasing new licenses if you already own them from previous years' purchase plans- but not prohibitively costly either way depending upon your plan type chosen previously vs now during upgrade period!! Overall satisfied though still learning what benefits various features give back over time and comparing results between upgraded purchases within same class.
