On December 25, 2022, the chair was acquired through the use of a well-known e-commerce website. The plastic base of the seat showed signs of cracking on the very next day after the purchase was made. On December 27, an appeal was written and submitted to the service; after three weeks, there was no result from the store or the chair manufacturer; the store service issued many requests to the manufacturer; however, the manufacturer did not respond to any of those requests. The retailer proposes that customers wait for a response from the manufacturer from today until January 23. This is a warranty for the products that have been purchased.
