It's easy to use in comparison with other platforms that are more complex than this one! You can easily input prescriptions right away without having them reviewed by your doctor first which has helped us streamline our processes so much better. We've also seen an uptick in revenue because we have been able to provide faster access times as well. The only thing I don't like about it now since its not updated anymore is they stopped selling new licenses at some point when you already had one or multiple license(ies). Some things took time getting used to but once learned it becomes user friendly pretty quickly! It's easy to navigate around using it as an employee. The customer service team are super helpful in answering any questions I have about how best use our system when we're away from work hours too! Sometimes you can't find something easily - but that could be your own fault rather than anyone else at the office :) We like having access to everything via email or phone so there isn’t always someone physically present with us who knows what they need straightaway if needed during off time / evenings etc.
