Manufacturing defects Best suited for gates and gate extensions

The bottom spring linkage screw head must remain in place to allow the spring to be tensioned to adjust the gate closing force. The two closers I ordered allowed the head of the bolt to rotate and not maintain tension to close the gate. I had to cut a small piece of washer and glue it in the gap, which stopped the rotation of the "fixed" screw head. FYI: There is a manufacturing/design issue, but it can be solved with some thought, tools, and time.
