As others have said this little heater puts out quite a bit of heat for its size. I decided to run some temperature and power measurements to get a better idea of what to expect. Weighs only 2 pounds. At 10 ounces, it's light enough to take with you when you travel. After the first few uses of the initials, expect some "burnt smell" as the ceramic heater burns in. I recommend letting it run outside until the smell has gone before using it inside. Fan only mode: 4W (but you don't feel it at all, so don't even try to use it as a fan) Low temperature mode: Initial peak peak is 900W and then drops to 750W. Temp = 220 FHigh heating mode: The initial peak peak is around 1700-1800W(!) before dropping to 1200W. Temperature = 365°F! I recommend using the fan-only mode to cool the heater down before turning it off completely. The tip-over indicator is a tiny pin under the base, so it's best to only use this heater on a hard surface like a tiled floor or countertop - just avoid using it on carpets. I dock a star because the tiny display on the dial is difficult to see in most lighting conditions. I'll probably put a little sticker on it or paint it white so it's easier to see. Shelf life is "TBC” because it is a new product.
