Perfect fit. It's a shame that Toyota doesn't offer this at its dealers itself. When I saw the tabs on the latch in the picture I wasn't sure. I didn't realize the top tongue went that far into the armrest cushion. I installed it this morning in less than 10 minutes. It fits our 2009 Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab 4x4 exactly. It's easy to replace. Simply remove 5 or 6 screws from the plastic cover under the pillow and remove 2 screws from the old latch. Then reverse the steps to install the new latch and you're done.
