I love how easy it was for me (an intern)to get up & running right away! It's very intuitive which makes training staff members so much easier too since they don't need extensive knowledge about any other platform or software before getting started w this one!! There are some features we're still working through but overall its been great thus far. We've seen results within days after implementing our first agent into their system - more callers were successfully transferred than ever previously experienced across all agents combined from both internal teams AND external partners who have used previous systems suchas Genesys etc..
