Easy to use and gets you live transfers fast

I love how easy it was for me (an intern)to get up & running right away! It's very intuitive which makes training staff members so much easier too since they don't need extensive knowledge about any other platform or software before getting started w this one!! There are some features we're still working through but overall its been great thus far. We've seen results within days after implementing our first agent into their system - more callers were successfully transferred than ever…

  • The interface is super simple, clean looking with no clutter
  • Easy to start using immediately.
  • Very quick implementation time compared topricial solutions like Pidgin AIand others in my industryI dislike that there isn’t an option yet where you can connect multiple phones at once via bluetooth

Our team loved using amztier replacement of legacy IVR app

I love how easy it was for my employees (who are not tech savvy)to use this product! It's simple enough so they could figure things themselves but also has features where you have more control if needed such us being AB testing or analytics reporting etc.. There wasn't much we didn’t enjoy about working through repliacnt voice - everything from ease at deploying our first agent into production right up until now when there hasn’d been any issue since switching off all other agents within Amzter

Good solution- probably best fit with larger organizations

I liked how it could be used by multiple teams within our organization for different types of support queries. It was simple enough so we didn't have any trouble getting started but also offered features beyond what needed (such as video calling). Some people were frustrated when they realized there wasn’t much training provided or even documentation around their platform which made onboarding difficult.
