Review on Numinar by Doug Virden

The best part of using numinar for our campaigns was how powerful their customer service team was! I would highly recommend them because they were helpful & knowledgeable at every step in working with my organization. They listened to us carefully when we asked questions about features or functionality not quite clear enough yet (or maybe never fully developed). Their ability to develop customizations specific to each client's needs/situations helped tremendously too!! We didn't have to rely solely upon what already existed in market - they worked closely wtih me throughout this process providing examples / references from other vendors so there wasn't anything i felt like couldn't be done by numinar but it really seemed as if everything could come together perfectly thanks to all involved parties. It provides us with everything we need in one place! I love that you can use it for both phone calls and texts. I also like being able to customize our communication with different voters. The only thing I don't like about numinar is how expensive it is. We have been able to customize my communication better than any other vendor we've used before and this is great!
