I like how it can run multiple servers (which I personally need for its reliability) in different time zones so that my day-to-day work isn't slowed down because of DST differences, as well as keeping track of business hours/times across regions is beneficial to me. It's not always reliable but only happens once or twice per year - which doesn't bother me too much since there are other ways we sync up our system with others outside of Office 365 such as Google Calendar.
