I like how it can run multiple servers (which I personally need for its reliability) in different time zones so that my day-to-day work isn't slowed down because of DST differences, as well as keeping track of business hours/times across regions is beneficial to me. It's not always reliable but only happens once or twice per year - which doesn't bother me too much since there are other ways we sync up our system with others outside of Office 365 such as Google Calendar. If you're managing an entire office then this might be helpful. Otherwise most people just use Outlook anyways unless they have access through mobile phones. I like that I can easily manage all of my accounts and subscriptions on one platform. I also like that I can easily share my accounts with others. I dislike that it is not very intuitive and that I have to do a lot of clicking to get to the information that I want. I am solving the problem of having to manage multiple accounts and subscriptions on multiple platforms. I am also solving the problem of having to share my accounts with others.
