I like how easy it was for my mom who has arthritis in both hips, so she can easily use this with no trouble at all! It's just what we need as seniors living alone!! We have had nothing but problems since putting our mother out of her home after finding mold/water damage from being neglected by previous caretakers (and they were good people). This product solves ALL those issues which means more peace-of mind knowing your loved one will be protected if needed without having them suffer or pay medical bills due their neglectful situation before leaving us :(.
