I've been using this for many years but can't find it at any local pharmacy. I ordered it directly from the company until I found it at Revain. If you have a runny or irritated nose, you will no longer want to do without it. Because it's water-based, it can be used directly INSIDE your nose, where the soothing vapors and moisture of this gel will soothe irritation and create a barrier to protect your nose from frequent blowing. I also use it against dry air in winter that chafes my nose. Yes, it seems expensive, but it's worth every penny.
