I have 2 minor complaints 1 fixable. Overall this is great value, especially compared to the Port brand, and definitely better than the Milwaukee brand, although I own all 3 brands. Ok first complaint it heats up quickly on the handle and causes the polisher to shut off but only for a second, again this is a fixable issue, I disassembled it and cut more holes in the body to allow it to breathe better, solved the problem, and while it's in disassembled condition cut off that little tab on the trigger so the button doesn't have to be depressed at the same time as the trigger to get started. It's simple and makes it possible much more beautiful. Second complaint: To be honest I wish it had 2 slower speeds. Some of the reviews here say that the batteries charge slowly and that they don't last long, in this case they don't. Both batteries are fully charged in 30 minutes each and 1 battery is polished. 4 - forged wheels 24"x14" no problem.
