First of all I have to say that your support is great. I contacted another model before buying, but they responded very quickly and answered my question (about supported bands) - I chose this model as it supports more LTE bands. The design is very modern. The look and feel and the configuration interface (web interface) worked flawlessly during setup. The battery level shown in the UI seems a bit low, but it's in line with the advertised specs. I haven't used it for a full 8 hours straight yet, but the total charge time is pretty close. I was a little confused about what size SIM to use, but I figured it out - had to use the full size Nano. Adapter. (More likely to be added in future manual revisions). If you want to see the WiFi signal and strength after charging, you need to press the power button for about a second. Otherwise, the battery icon will flash to let you know about the device. works (and possibly saves power since the other LEDs are off). I wish there was a feature to keep the other LEDs on, but then again - it's not a big deal and probably saves battery life.
