Review on Yakalla by Chris Floyd

Because of all of the raving reviews, I went into my shopping experience at Yakalla's online store with very high hopes. My experience, on the other hand, was not at all impressive. Even though they have a large assortment of products, the quality of the things I bought from them was not very good. After only one use, the cooking utensils and wine tools that I bought started to rust, and the wine tools were constructed of fragile and poor material. It is abundantly evident that Yakalla places a higher value on quantity rather than quality, and their comprehension of what it is that customers desire is dubious at best. The descriptions of the products found on their website are deceptive, and the customer support I received when I brought this to their attention was both rude and ineffective. I have second thoughts about doing business with Yakalla and won't be coming back as a customer. I would suggest going elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing dependable and high-quality items for your house. This online retailer is not worth your time or money because of all the hoopla surrounding it.
