It is very well built and works great. The assembly instructions are a little confusing, but once you put it all together it works great and really sucks up most of the dust as you cut. Make sure the cutting disc/wheel mounting hubs are installed correctly or it will rotate freely when cutting. So far I've used it to showcase tiles in a concrete bathroom. I would make deep cuts along the full length of the joints and then tap them off with a hole punch. Also used to remove plaster from the batten by running it over the studs. To work you need a shop vacuum, a long, light hose and adapters. The thing works incredibly well. I can't even imagine cutting brick indoors without it.
