It is very well built and works great. The assembly instructions are a little confusing, but once you put it all together it works great and really sucks up most of the dust as you cut. Make sure the cutting disc/wheel mounting hubs are installed correctly or it will rotate freely when cutting. So far I've used it to showcase tiles in a concrete bathroom.
