Review on Pentagon 83-DT5493 Heavy Duty Tool, 55-Gallon Drum Dolly, Single, Silver by Dino Burks

Cart is great after fixing a small design flaw. Each of the 4 wheels has 4 bolts holding them. Two of these bolts are protected by a metal "canopy" on the outside of the car. However, the other two on each wheel are in the carriage. If they are mounted facing up they're probably fine if the drum you're using is steel, but if it's plastic like mine they're more likely to go through the plastic drum (like the one I use). On the other hand, if they are mounted downwards, the wheels cannot rotate. I installed them face down after sanding them to the point where they would be flush. The cart now works great - I can easily roll a full 55 gallon plastic drum and not worry about a drum breakdown.
