These Chinese copies just don't seem to get it.

when it comes to the Bird's Beak knife. They are made with an overly massive handle. Doesn't fit well in the hand. Also the weight is 50 to 100 more than in previous years. The metal is excellent but they're only good for slicing carrots so they don't fly all over the place, but not maneuverable to easily peel an apple. The good ones feel like they're part of your hands. It looks like a prosthesis.
