I love that it allows me to put my branding in the chat window so people know who they're speaking with, whether or not they can trust them! It's also very easy for users to navigate through. Nothing really. There are some bugs that sometimes pop up but overall this has been good. This helps us keep our clients informed while we work remotely during COVID19. We have an internal messaging system where employees post information about their day to day activities as well as news articles related to those topics.
