Great platform and great customer service

I love that it allows me to put my branding in the chat window so people know who they're speaking with, whether or not they can trust them! It's also very easy for users to navigate through. Nothing really. There are some bugs that sometimes pop up but overall this has been good. This helps us keep our clients informed while we work remotely during COVID19. We have an internal messaging system where employees post information about their day to day activities as well as news articles related…

Great way keep teams connected and informed

I like how easy it was for our staff to use, as we are looking at ways of having employees more engaged with their work through social media channels etc rather than just reading about them in an annual report or press release which can be sometimes boring if that makes sense! We have not yet seen any downsides but would love feedback from other users who may want some extra features included such as notifications via email when someone comments/likes your post (as opposed ot being notified by…

Awesome tool and great customer service

I love that my inbox stays clean of emails from people who are not important to me, or have nothing new for us! It's very easy use as well because it integrates with our CRM platform so we don't need training at all - just set up profiles in your email client (like Gmail) then add those contacts into rightmessage when they signup through their contact list within GMail/Outlook etc..   • The interface looks great even if its free version.
  • Easy integration wth Salesforce Marketing Cloud / SFDC
  • Email tracking feature helps keep track what prospects actually do next after an initial message was sent out such useful info :)
