Is there a guarantee?

We have had two of these collars for less than a month. First, we just can't get it to work properly. It randomly shocks the dog even at the lowest sensitivity. The other one just broke the clasp. It broke straight in half. It worked flawlessly for two weeks and its batteries were dead. Went to shoot and it broke. Is there a guarantee for this product because it is not very inspiring yet. Using batteries instead of charging is great, but they just don't work.
