With a product that promotes humane pet training, you have really screwed up by falsely claiming your collar is not a shock collar. Not to mention the fact that I couldn't figure out how to get him out of "shock mode" in my entire life. I'm sending it back to you mainly because I don't want my dog to be accidentally electrocuted.

My older dog likes to bark at anyone who passes our farm. I don't mind a few warning barks, but sometimes he just keeps going until people are completely out of sight. This color arrived this morning, was very easy to set up and has had multiple deliveries/walkers throughout the day and each time she would give a bark or two and stop straight away. Very satisfied! It's also quite large, the color provided left plenty of room for customization!

We have had two of these collars for less than a month. First, we just can't get it to work properly. It randomly shocks the dog even at the lowest sensitivity. The other one just broke the clasp. It broke straight in half. It worked flawlessly for two weeks and its batteries were dead. Went to shoot and it broke. Is there a guarantee for this product because it is not very inspiring yet. The design and function of this collar is much better than previous versions. The activation function of this collar has been greatly improved compared to previous versions. I haven't noticed as many false alarms due to noise from playing or other dogs barking nearby. Multiple sensitivity levels are also a big plus. This is a huge improvement over the previous version.
