Review on Exclusive Bonus Bundle Included with Janome 2212 Sewing Machine by Carrie Spencer

This sewing machine is amazing. I can sew multiple layers of fabric and it works like a workhorse. I use Janome brand presser feet but have been buying Distinctive brand presser feet for a number of years which are cheaper but just as well made as the Janome brand presser feet. As far as thread goes, I only use Gutermann thread on this machine and would advise you to invest in quality threads as well. This machine made me realize that it would not tolerate poor quality thread because whenever I used dollar store thread or even Coats & Clark thread it would get tangled in the channels. Once I untangled the skein and replaced the thread with Gutermann thread, the machine ran smoothly and flawlessly. It knows what it wants. I haven't had to oil this machine since I've had it, but if you want to do this I recommend finding a specialty sewing machine oil rather than using WD40 or any other oil in this machine. You take this car and it will take care of you. I can carry this machine from room to room, it's light weight and easy to transport. I've been using my car for over 5 years now and I don't regret Janoma one iota. I taught my grandkids this car and if an 8 year old can drive it, anyone can. The only broken part I had to replace was the memory lever, which was my own fault for pulling it out about once in the rush. Janome is no longer easy to get to and our official retailers (moms and dads sewing and fabric stores) in our area have ceased operations, but I have found a few online shops that sell parts for the Janome line. and found the parts I needed. 2212 is an older model car but I think older cars are better and if you can find this car for under $300. 00, it's profitable!
