I have had this pitcher for several years. After shoulder surgery I picked it up - COMPLETELY - to move it and dropped it. It wasn't until today that I realized why the water tasted slightly of chlorine and noticed all the little cracks [from the dripping]. no wonder! This is an excellent pitcher. I ordered a slightly smaller one that isn't that heavy when full! The water tastes like the water I grew up with. Well water, clean and fresh. The only suggestion I have is that it would be much better if they could find a way to hold the water up so you can fill in the water when filtering. This picture is AMAZING.
