As far as I can tell this item is an exact match of the Doge OEM part. The lever mounts in the reverse direction, but this can easily be corrected by comparing it to the standard part and adjusting accordingly. Installation is best accomplished by removing the steel rod from the parking brake mechanism, then installing the lever assembly, then snapping the rod into place (lever end first, then the other end). He's black - who cares? It works out! Cons: Being an OEM equivalent, it will break even after a few years of use.
