Good item. Smart Control is advertised via a smartphone app, but the app doesn't work on the latest Android version, which has been out for almost 8 months now. When I asked support when it would be supported they had no idea and couldn't give me a timeframe. So I couldn't use any functions of the smartphone, which means you can't do anything with it. You can't even change the temperature between C°/F° on the machine. All you can do is turn it on and set the fan speed. Depending on how it actually works. The device only cools the air by about 5° if you stand directly in front of the fan. It also burns through water very quickly. I have to refill mine about every 2 hours. After not turning it on for maybe 2 days, I turned it back on and there was a bad musty smell coming out of the machine. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they told me there was nothing I could do other than let it run for at least an hour every day or drain the water and take out the air filter to dry when I wasn't going to use it. it is for a few days. This car is rubbish for the price you pay for it. Get a $20 desk fan and you'll feel a whole lot better.
