The AI powered platform is very intelligent as far I know they have their own personal assistant that helps in doing complex tasks like scheduling meetings or taking calls from customers. It's an amazing product with tons of features which comes at higher price than other competitors but it should be worth considering if you need something unique for your business to reach out more people without going through too much hassle while interacting them. As my previous comment stated we were able solve all our customer service problems using this tool with ease! We are solving many issues by just asking questions via chatbot.
