I got it yesterday as a Christmas present. It's more than I expected, but that's ok. I couldn't take pictures. This lens is very robust and well made. I've had almost no time to get used to it, but it seems to work well in low light. I hooked this up to a Canon EOS 5DS, which is a 50 megapixel camera. I hope to be able to take very detailed nature shots with this lens. I got this kit because it had filters. While not the best filters in the world, they and the rest of the pack could have had much cheaper components. At least that way I can go out and try it and get better filters in my free time. Focus Camera has put a good package around this lens. UPDATE: After some practice and realizing that on 600mm it is very important to block the mirror to prevent shake, I found that the UV filter is a bit missing. It is very important to ensure you are using the highest quality filter for this lens. The first image is unfiltered and the second is filtered in this set. The third is the original image at 600mm with no baseline filter. If you are interested in good detail, get the best possible filter. Don't go without one.
