At 240# I had to use the maximum pressure on the fork. Anything less and I would have too much sag and the fork felt sloppy. However, at maximum pressure, the fork felt very stiff. I thought I would have to switch from Fox34 to Fox36 but this helped. I use 25psi less pressure than recommended and still get great acceleration with a nice and responsive ride from small bump to mid-stroke. A must for serious riders. Caution: DO NOT tighten the small 11mm jam nut more than hand tight. This is clearly stated in the instructions, but I didn't mean it as I overtightened this nut and twisted and damaged the inside of the cartridge. It was entirely my fault and MRP offered to fix it if I sent it. Not wanting to go through the hassle and possibly a week or more without it I just bought another one. You have been warned!
