Microphone broke very quickly but the heart of this review is the poor customer service I received. I wrote to inquire about a replacement and they said they couldn't do this due to Covid and stated the headset was still 'good for music'. They seemed ignorant of their customer base - who would buy an overhead mic when they needed a headset for music? Anyway I said ok I can request a partial refund for a replacement. They offered me back a little over $2. On a headset that is completely useless and has lasted 2 months. I was very busy at the time and told them to keep a few bucks to themselves - it was clearly more expensive for them than standing behind their product. I understand that we're in the entry-level price range, so I'm not upset that the set is broken. But I found the proposed "resolution" quite unacceptable. The market is so saturated with them that if the kit breaks, it is better to immediately find a seller who will take care of you.
