Review on ZEROPLAY Miter Bars MICROJIG Double by Jamie Sorenson

I could make the rails for my sled myself (and have yet to try them on my next sled) but they were inexpensive and I love how they can be customized Device is extremely square, clean and makes your cuts very precise and reproducible. The assembly instructions are quite good and clear. Preparing the rails themselves wasn't difficult, but making the cross slide was a little more difficult. I hand measured the 4" center holes and drilled a 1/4" through hole and then a 1/2" hole for the mounting screws, but the two holes were slightly off center by less than 1/32". ' and the design of the jig is so tight that there is no room for error when drilling holes. In hindsight, I probably would have attached the rails to the skid and used an awl to mark the holes so they would be more accurate. Live and learn! Anyway, I was able to lengthen the two offensive holes a bit and I was in business! These rails are of very good quality and are easy to fit as part of your jig or sled. I'm sure I'll be buying more when the time comes and also learning how to make my own! This is a great product!
