It's easy for me as an admin or user with limited technical knowledge it makes managing file sharing very simpleI like how I don't need any special software/hardware other than my computer itself (and internet)It doesn' take long time before you get used too it - so if your looking at something more "enterprise" this might not be right choice but still worth checking out! Easy way share documents between team members without having them all use their own computers- also useful when away from officeEasy management system especially in case someone leaves employment there are no problems transferring info over etc.-.
