The biggest problem I have with this software is that it is difficult to learn, I am still learning myself how to use it and the documentation is poor.
The biggest problem I have with this software is that it is difficult to learn, I am still learning myself how to use it and the documentation is poor. This software is also very slow to implement new ideas, updates and changes. If you want to start using the software you will be stuck with the initial version for months because they don't update quickly enough. You can see from their demo video that it is not well thought out and the price is too high for such a poorly developed piece of software. I would recommend anyone thinking of using this software to look elsewhere.

- The ability to add new views and dimensions to your reports.
- The fact that you can export and save data as CSV.
- The ease of setting up multiple users.
Cons
- The documentation is horrible.
- It is extremely slow to change things.
